Stabilization of service areas and large surfaces

Lime stabilization is ideal for large surfaces designated for parking lots, storage areas for materials, areas with a constant truck passage and harbors with container handling activity.

Lime-stabilized subgrades provide an optimum bearing capacity that withstands the effects of heavy static loads from the accumulation of materials and dynamic and tangential loads due to the continuous maneuvering of vehicles, such as large lift trucks, semi-trailers and other machinery exerting high stresses on the pavement and consequently the foundation.

Lime stabilization allows the use of areas characterized by clay soils that would otherwise involve enormous quantities of aggregate materials, high costs of execution and lengthy completion times.
